About us
Proudly trans- and Filipina-American-owned, Eliza Beans Coffee is a small-batch coffee roaster based out of the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. Eliza does test roasts and experimentation out of her home garage in Greenwood. She does her commercial roasting and production at the Georgetown Co-Roastery facilities.
Eliza has over 15 years experience roasting, particularly focusing on fruity, complex, and bright coffees. She has received glowing feedback from friends/family that drank her home-roasted coffee. So now that she can produce commercially, she is excited to share her beans with neighbors, communities, and coffee lovers all across the country.
Eliza and her wife, Molly, have three beautiful cats who feature heavily in the marketing: Freya (tuxedo princess), Walter (charming panther), and Shrimp (unruly orange boi).
