More about us
Proudly trans and Filipina-American-owned, Eliza Beans Coffee is a small batch coffee roaster based out of the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle.
Eliza has over 15 years experience roasting at home, and is now excited to share her beans with friends, neighbors, and coffee lovers all across the country. Eliza does her commercial roasting and production at the Georgetown Co-Roastery facilities.
Eliza and her wife, Molly, have three beautiful cats who feature heavily in the marketing: Freya (tuxedo princess), Walter (charming panther), and Shrimp (unruly orange boi).
